IT'S MY FIRST CLASS, WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
If you are new to reformer, please start with a beginner class to get used to the machine and exercises. Even if you are fit and used to the gym, the reformer is a different piece of equipment that you should get used to before taking harder classes. Bring a water bottle. Remember it's nothing too serious, it's just Pilates, have fun!
WHAT DO I WEAR TO CLASS?
Wear comfortable clothing and grip socks. We sell grip socks if you need to purchase some.
CAN I JOIN A CLASS WITHOUT BOOKING?
No, all bookings must be made online via our website or Momence app before joining a class. Each participant must have their own profile set up with a signed waiver before joining any class.

CAN I USE MY CREDITS AT BOTH DURAL & KELLYVILLE STUDIOS?
Yes all credits can be used across both studios. Note that only will not be able to use your unlimited mat membership at the Kellyville studio as we do not teach mat Pilates in Dural.
WHAT STYLE OF PILATES DO YOU TEACH?
Our qualified instructors teach the Pilates method from Contrology to contemporary infused with some fitness based exercises to help you get stronger. We have both reformer and mat classes. Our mat Pilates classes are only available at our Kellyville studio.
DO YOU CATER TO INJURIES?
Depending on the severity of the injury, we can make modifications to ensure you are comfortable during class however as a Pilates studio we are not able to rehab your injury. You will require doctors clearance before joining classes if you have an injury and you will need to advise us at the start of class so we can make the appropriate modifications.
WHAT DOES WAITLIST MEAN?
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If someone cancels out of the class you will automatically be added to the class in order of being on the list, up until 2 hours before the class starting time. You can see your waitlist number via our booking app. You will not be charged for the class unless you are added to the class. If you are added after our cancellation window, and you no-show you will lose your session credit.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY?
We allow cancellations up to 6 hours before class commences so this gives ample time to cancel a class if you are not able to join. If you late cancel, or no show to your booked class, unfortunately you will lose your credit to the booked session. You can cancel or reschedule as many times as you need before the 6-hour window. Unlimited memberships will encounter a $10 no-show fee for no-show or late cancellations.
CAN I BRING MY CHILD TO CLASS?
Unless it is a specific childrens or mums and bubs class, unfortunately you are unable to bring your children to class due to safety reasons.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO START CLASSES?
Unless it is a specific childrens or teens class, you must be 16 years or older to join our sessions.
DO YOU HAVE A CHANGEROOM?
We have access to bathrooms that can be used as a changeroom.
I'M PREGNANT, CAN I JOIN YOUR CLASSES?
We provide options for you during all stages of your pregnancy. It is super important to keep moving during your pregnancy, just as it is if you are not pregnant. We follow the recommendations from the Australian Department of Health Guidelines which you can learn more about here

Each pregnancy is different so we ask that you keep open and honest conversations about how you are feeling so we can provide the best support for you.

From around 16 weeks of pregnancy, we ask that you join our Beginner Base class.
You must not be in a high risk pregnancy and have your doctors clearance before joining our classes. You must also notify your instructor so they can make some simple modifications for you to keep you and baby happy and healthy.

I'M POSTNATAL, CAN I JOIN YOUR CLASSES?
Yes, with your doctors clearance you can return, we recommend starting with our Beginner classes.
