WEEKLY REOCCURING MEMBERSHIPS TERMS & CONDITIONS

All memberships are required to be active for a minimum of 3 months before cancellation.

​

14 days written notice required before cancellation via email to hello@basepilates.com.au

 

Weekly direct debit membership is activated from purchase date and occurs every 7 days.

 

7 days starts from the day and time of the week that payment is taken out and will be reset at the same day and time the following week.

​

You can track how many credits you have used for your billing cycle via the Momence app. If you exceed the credits allocated on your membership, and try to book an additional class, or get into an additional class from the waitlist, the system will deduct this as a drop-in class, so please be mindful of this.

 

Credits do not roll over or accumulate.

 

If you are away and not able to participate in classes for a prolonged period of time (more than 2 weeks) you are able to put your membership on hold for a maximum of 2 weeks every 4 months (6 weeks per year maximum). To pause for longer than 2 weeks at a time, you will be charged a $15 hold fee for each week your membership is on hold. Please give us 3 days written notice to action this for you.

 

There is a 6-hour cancellation policy on all classes. If you fail to cancel before this, you will lose the credit to your session. 

 

Payment is reoccurring and billed weekly.

 

We use the payment provider Stripe for all transactions. If a transaction fails, Stripe will re-try the payment over the following week until payment is made. You will receive an email notifying you of a failed payment.

 

Session credits are not transferable to other people.

If you are added to a class from a waitlist and do not join, you will lose your session credit.

​

If you cancel within 2 hours or no-show you will incur a no-show / late cancel fee of $10 as well as lose your session credit.

Memberships are valid for either Dural or Kellyville studios however please note only Kellyville has access to the mat room classes.

​

Unlimited mat room membership is only able to be used at Kellyville studio as we do not have a mat room in Dural studio.

​

A perk of being a member is that you receive discounted drop in rates for classes, $25 for reformer and $20 for mat. This is applied automatically at checkout.
