What to expect
This is one for our beginners, prenatal or postnatal, people returning back to exercise or those feeling like a less dynamic workout. Sometimes you just need to move but you're not up to a fast-paced workout. Our Beginner Base class is here to help. A little slower and less dynamic than our Base Body signature class but you will still get a total body workout and leave the class feeling energised and challenged. This class is about covering the basics while still working the whole body. Suitable for all fitness levels. Prenatal and Postnatal friendly. Please contact us if you are prenatal before booking into classes so we can discuss where you are in your pregnancy journey and guide you to the best classes for you to join. Spice level: Mild - Moderate

Cancellation Policy
We have a 6-hour cancellation window to allow other people to attend the class and come off the waitlist. Unfortunately, no shows will lose their session credit for the missed or late cancelled class.
