What to expect
*IMPORTANT* You must have completed at least 6 of our Base Body Dynamic classes before joining Base Power for safety reasons. Not suitable for those with injuries. This class is a fast moving class that doesn't provide modifications to exercises (we welcome you to our other classes, Beginner Base or Dynamic class if modifications required) What to expect: Expect a free flowing, dynamic POWER class focused on functional movements using our Bala Beams (7kg weights), Bala Bars (2kg hand weights) and Bala Bangles. Heavier springs + heavier weights plus the dynamic movements we all love! It's fast moving and not for the faint hearted. You might work up a sweat but we still focus on the Pilates principles, just with extra spice. Pilates, Powered Up. Suitable for all fitness levels. Not suitable for prenatal during the second and third trimesters. Not suitable for those with injuries. Spice Level: Spicy

Cancellation Policy
We have a 6-hour cancellation window to allow other people to attend the class and come off the waitlist. Unfortunately, no shows will lose their session credit for the missed or late cancelled class.
